Lorien Mays Chapel is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our exceptional team in Timonium, Maryland. Pay and Compensation

  • $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (experience-based)
  • Shift Differentials available

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and Maryland regulations
  • Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects
  • Document medication administration and resident observations accurately
  • Communicate resident concerns and changes in condition to the nursing team
  • Assist with activities of daily living as needed
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
  • Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Maryland Certified Medication Aide (CMA) license required
  • Maryland GNA/CNA-I license required
  • BLS or CPR is required
  • Compassionate, patient-focused personality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule & Availability

  • Full- Time Hours
  • 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
