Pay Rate
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
As the first point of contact for our community, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, safe, and positive experience for residents, families, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor community entrances and daily activity to help maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Respond to emergencies with confidence, professionalism, and a calm demeanor.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, including answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
- Follow and support all health, safety, and infection-control protocols to ensure the well-being of residents, visitors, and team members.
- Provide administrative and operational support to staff and leadership while assisting with daily front desk activities.
- Serve as a helpful resource by addressing inquiries and directing residents, visitors, and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Part-Time- Every Other Weekend (includes both Saturday & Sunday)
- Schedule: 7am-3:30pm
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
