Seit über 100 Jahren produziert und vertreibt die Ditzler AG Tiefkühlgemüse, Tiefkühlfrüchte und Marroni\-Spezialitäten in der ganzen Schweiz. Als marktführendes Produktionsunternehmen begleiten wir unsere regionalen Anbaupartner von der Aussaat bis zur Ernte und setzen unsere Bemühungen für eine nachhaltige Produktion ins Zentrum. Ergänzt wird unser Angebot durch ausgesuchte Fruchtgrundstoffe, beispielsweise für Joghurt oder Glacé.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine(n)

Instandhaltungstechniker/in – Elektrotechnik \& Automation (100 %) ====================================================================

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produktions\- und Verpackungsanlagen zuverlässig funktionieren. Als Teil unseres Technikteams übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Wartung, Störungsbehebung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Anlagen. Dabei liegt dein Schwerpunkt in der Elektrotechnik, Automation und technischen Instandhaltung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du analysierst und behebst Störungen an automatisierten Produktions\-, Verpackungs\- und Förderanlagen selbstständig und systematisch
  • Du führst vorbeugende Wartungen, Inspektionen und Instandsetzungen durch
  • Du lokalisierst Fehler an elektrischen Komponenten, Sensoren, Antrieben, Steuerungen sowie pneumatischen Systemen
  • Du erkennst wiederkehrende Schwachstellen, analysierst deren Ursachen und setzt nachhaltige Verbesserungsmassnahmen um
  • Du wirkst bei technischen Optimierungen, Umbauten und Inbetriebnahmen mit
  • Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Instandhaltungsprozesse (inkl. Dokumentation.)

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise als Automatiker/in EFZ, Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Weiterbildung als Instandhaltungsfachmann/\-frau mit eidg. Fachausweis ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, Sensorik, Antriebstechnik, SPS\-Fehlersuche von Vorteil
  • Mechanisches Grundverständnis sowie Kenntnisse in Pneumatik
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und übernimmst Verantwortung
