Seit über 100 Jahren produziert und vertreibt die Ditzler AG Tiefkühlgemüse, Tiefkühlfrüchte und Marroni\-Spezialitäten in der ganzen Schweiz. Als marktführendes Produktionsunternehmen begleiten wir unsere regionalen Anbaupartner von der Aussaat bis zur Ernte und setzen unsere Bemühungen für eine nachhaltige Produktion ins Zentrum. Ergänzt wird unser Angebot durch ausgesuchte Fruchtgrundstoffe, beispielsweise für Joghurt oder Glacé.

Stellvertretende Leitung Qualitätsmanagement / Qualitätssicherung (80\-100 %) ===============================================================================

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion unterstützen Sie die Leitung QM/QS bei der Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitäts\- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards. Sie übernehmen eine wichtige Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Qualitätssicherung, Produktion und Technik und vertreten die Leitung QM/QS bei deren Abwesenheit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du entwickelst unser QM\-System nach IFS Food sowie unsere HACCP\-Konzepte weiter
  • Du bereitest interne und externe Audits sowie Kunden\- und Label\-Audits vor, begleitest diese und übernimmst die Nachbearbeitung
  • Du beurteilst Qualitätsabweichungen und steuerst die entsprechenden Korrekturmassnahmen
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen und unterstützt bei Rückverfolgbarkeit, Rückruf und Rücknahme
  • Du übernimmst die Dokumentenlenkung und pflegst unser QM\-System mit IQ\-Soft
  • Du wirkst bei Food Defense, Food Fraud und Management Review mit

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im QM/QS der produzierenden Lebensmittelindustrie mit
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse von IFS Food, HACCP und des Schweizer Lebensmittelrechts
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Audits sowie im Umgang mit Abweichungen und Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
  • Du überzeugst durch Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
