  • Je houdt de voorraad in balans met de productbeschikbaarheid, operationele capaciteit en het beschikbare werkkapitaal
  • Je analyseert cijfers en prestatie-indicatoren om knelpunten te herkennen en gericht bij te sturen
  • Je verbetert aankoopprocessen, voorraadbeheer en leveranciersprestaties.
  • Je trekt projecten rond digitalisering, automatisering, ERP-optimalisatie en AI-toepassingen
  • Je coacht medewerkers binnen aankoop, voorraadanalyse en factuurcontrole en stimuleert eigenaarschap
  • Je werkt samen met operationele, commerciële, financiële en IT-collega’s om gezamenlijke doelstellingen te behalen

Herken jij jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, voorraadbeheer, supply chain of operations
  • Je bent vertrouwd met leidinggeven, procesbeheer en het realiseren van verbeteringen
  • Je werkt analytisch en gebruikt cijfers om beslissingen te onderbouwen Ervaring binnen distributie, groothandel of een omgeving met intensieve goederenstromen is een troef
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, zet ideeën om in concrete resultaten en brengt verschillende afdelingen samen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
