The posting

TL;DR - Lovable is hiring an Deal Desk Analyst (EMEA) to be the link between Sales, Finance, Legal and Product. You'll structure complex enterprise deals (multi-year, ramps, consumption-based), own non-standard terms and approvals, and help build the deal tools themselves: CPQ, CLM and invoicing, much of it running on Lovable. You'll use AI to automate repetitive requests and make them self-serve. You'd be a good fit if you have enterprise B2B SaaS deal desk experience, know CPQ/QTC and modern billing tools (Stripe, Metronome, Tabs), understand ASC 606, and can draft contract terms.

Why Lovable?

Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Over 2 million people in 200+ countries already use Lovable to launch businesses, automate work, and bring their ideas to life. And we’re just getting started.

We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company. We value extreme ownership, high velocity and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

What we’re looking for

At Lovable, we are scaling our sales-led motion to meet the demands of the world’s largest enterprises. We are looking for a strategic, high-energy Deal Desk Analyst to serve as the "connective tissue" between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product.

You won’t just be "approving discounts." You will be the architect of complex deal structures, and a partner to our EMEA sales, legal, and finance teams. Your goal is to accelerate deal velocity while ensuring our largest contracts are sound, scalable, and successful.

You bring:

- Deep Deal Desk experience in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment (Enterprise experience is a must).

- Deep expertise with CPQ tools and connection to QTC processes. Strong experience with modern billing systems (e.g., Stripe, Metronome, Tabs).

- Deep experience leveraging AI to automate your workflows and scale self-service across the sales team.

- Great communication, organization, and collaboration skills to act as a strategic partner to Sales and across functions.

- Ability to read, understand and draft contractual business terms and conditions.

- Deep experience and understanding of the SaaS and Consumption business models.

- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others succeed.

- Strong understanding of software revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 or equivalent).

What you’ll do

- Deal Structuring: Partner with Enterprise AEs to craft commercial structures (multi-year, ramp deals, consumption-based models) that align with customer needs and company goals. Be the day-to-day escalation point for EMEA-based AEs on non-standard terms, approvals, order forms, amendments, and renewals.

- Process Optimization: design (and streamline) internal sales policies, pricing guidelines, and contract review and approval workflows. Ensure all non-standard terms are documented, approved, and capable of being operationalized, and identify the most repetitive requests to automate or make self-serve

- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Sales and key stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Security, and Product) to streamline the redlining and approval process, including contracts and security reviews.

- Build, don't just operate: We build and maintain our own deal infrastructure, including our CLM, CPQ, and invoicing application, much of it on Lovable. You'll help design, test, and improve these systems, not just work within them.

- Monetization & Pricing Strategy: Partner with Product, Finance, and GTM to support monetization experiments and structure new line items, thinking through packaging, pricing, and contracting implications early.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
