Deine Aufgaben:

  • Persönliche und telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden, vom Angebot bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Eigenverantwortliche und vollumfängliche Abwicklung unserer Mietvorgänge
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Bestellungen, Aufträgen, Rechnungen, Angeboten und Reklamationen sowie Schadensabwicklung
  • Beratung und Einweisung unserer Kunden an unseren Arbeitsgeräten und Baumaschinen
  • Ordnungsgemäße Ausgabe bzw. Rücknahme unserer Geräte und Maschinen
  • Kundenstamm- und Datenbankpflege
  • Durchführung von Marketing- und Vertriebsaktionen in einem interessanten Wachstumsmarkt
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen LOXAM Standorten

Dein Profil:

  • Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung (beispielsweise Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Automobilkaufmann/-frau etc. )
  • Zusätzliche Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche oder dem Handwerk ist von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertrieb von (Vermiet-)Dienstleistungen oder von Werkzeugen / Baumaschinen (beispielsweise Autovermietung, Baumaschinenvermietung, sonstiger Verleih/ Vermietung)
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau sind erforderlich
  • Routinierter Umgang mit EDV / MS-Office, sowie vorzugsweise mit der CRM-Software Salesforce
  • Sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick und Spaß am Kundenkontakt
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse
  • Engagierter, kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer

Innerhalb des angegebenen Vergütungsrahmens ist das individuell erzielbare Entgelt davon abhängig, in welchem Maße die Anforderungen an die Stelle erfüllt sind und welche Berufserfahrung du für die Erledigung der ausgeschriebenen Aufgaben mitbringst.
