LOXAM ACCESS, c’est notre branche funambule avec 42 agences en France qui gèrent tout ce qui monte jusqu’à 70 mètres (oui, c’est haut !) : nacelles, plateformes, chariots, nacelles araignées (non, elles ne mordent pas).

Description du poste

🚀 Rejoignez l’aventure LOXAM ACCESS en tant que Responsable de Location H/F à Bègles ! (33)

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’agence, vous jouez un rôle clé : conseiller, accompagner et trouver la meilleure solution de location de matériels pour nos clients, tout en assurant un suivi commercial et administratif de qualité.

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien :

✨ Être la voix et le visage de l’agence : accueillir les clients (au comptoir ou par téléphone), comprendre leurs besoins et leur proposer les matériels adaptés.

📞 Développer et fidéliser : prendre contact avec les prospects, relancer les clients, négocier et valoriser nos services.

📑 Gérer le suivi commercial : rédiger les offres et contrats, enregistrer les commandes, contrôler les données de facturation, suivre les règlements.

🤝 Travailler main dans la main avec l’équipe : transmettre les priorités à l’atelier, partager les retours clients et assurer un reporting clair au Responsable d’agence.

Qualifications

Vous avez un parcours commercial (Bac+2) et déjà mis un pied dans le monde de la vente et de la relation client, de préférence dans un univers technique.

Mais au-delà du diplôme, ce qu’on recherche c’est une personnalité :

  • Vous adorez créer du lien et vous sentir utile auprès de vos clients.
  • Vous avez le sens du service chevillé au corps : trouver la bonne solution, c’est votre moteur.
  • Vous savez être carré dans l’administratif et organisé dans le quotidien (un vrai plus pour l’équipe !).
  • Et surtout, vous aimez vous impliquer à fond dans ce que vous entreprenez.

👉 Vous êtes prêt(e) à mettre votre énergie et vos idées au service de vos clients… et à écrire la suite de l’histoire avec nous.
