Combined, we manage a portfolio of over 50 multifamily communities with more than 12,000 apartment homes with a gross value in excess of $3 billion. ____________________________________________________ To be responsible for all interior and exterior painting and drywall repair at assigned apartment communities, floating to other communities as needed. This is an on-site position that reports to the Business Manager and Service Manager. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities:
Apartment Turnover – Paint vacant units for new residents, including walls, ceilings, trim, doors and cabinets. Complete a final walk-through so each unit is move-in ready and on schedule. Drywall & Surface Prep – Patch holes, cracks, nail pops and water damage. Caulk, sand and match textures so surfaces are ready for paint. Common Areas & Exteriors – Keep hallways, stairwells, lobbies, amenity spaces and the Rental Center looking fresh. Handle exterior touch-ups, railings, curbs and parking striping as assigned. Resident Service Requests – Complete paint-related work orders in occupied units while respecting residents' time, belongings and privacy. Floating Coverage – Split time between two assigned communities based on priorities, and travel to other communities to help with move-outs, backlogs and special projects. Safety & Supplies – Follow ladder, chemical and lead-safe work practices. Clean and maintain equipment, track paint inventory and report maintenance issues found on the job. Teamwork & Standards – Follow company policies and maintain property to LPR standards. Work with the property team to keep the community in top shape and maintain a professional attitude.

In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. ____________________________________________________ Summary of Benefits*:
