- Facilitate and present design concepts and project deliverables to clients for review and approval.

- Lead and participate in project-specific design meetings, presentations, and workshops.

- Contribute to firmwide design charrettes and collaborative initiatives.

- Partner with the Managing Director, Design Director, and Project Manager to shape project vision and deliver innovative design solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

- Mentorship from Managing Directors, Design Directors, and senior team members across disciplines.

- Career development support, including professional development grants and in-house training.

- Ongoing education through LPA+U courses and Tech Talks focused on innovative, sustainable practices.

- 8 paid hours of volunteer time each year.

- Opportunities to propose and lead projects that impact your local community, including more than $1 million since 2015 in Habitat for Humanity builds, scholarships, and other pro bono community projects.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.

- 10+ years of experience across all phases of architectural and/or interior design projects.

- Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer.

- Strong understanding of programming, building codes, and functional adjacencies.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
