Job Summary -

We are seeking committed and responsible individuals to join our team as Cleaning Supervisors / Cleaners. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at assigned sites while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Supervisors will lead cleaning teams, manage manpower, and maintain service quality, while Cleaners will perform cleaning duties according to company standards. 

Cleaner Key Responsibilities -

1.Cleaning Duties

2.Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean designated areas.

3.Wash and sanitise toilets, common areas, offices and facilities.

4.Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.

5.Replenish consumables such as soap, tissue paper, and hand sanitiser.

6.Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.

7.Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment at all times.

Supervisory Duties :

1.Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across assigned sites. 

2.Lead, guide and motivate cleaning team members to achieve service standards. 

3.Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure client requirements are met. 

4.Plan manpower deployment, work schedules and duty rosters. 

5.Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage and workplace safety. 

6.Monitor attendance, performance and productivity of cleaning staff.

7.Manage inventory of cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumables. 

8.Handle operational issues, incidents and feedback from clients. 

9.Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence. 

Requirements :

•⁠ ⁠No experience required for Cleaner positions; training will be provided.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience preferred for Supervisor positions. 

•⁠ ⁠Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and as part of a team.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Responsible, reliable and service-oriented.

•⁠ ⁠Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments when required. 

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals will be an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠WSQ Environmental Cleaning certifications are a plus.
