ETI en pleine croissance et de dimension européenne LPR La Palette Rouge, division d’Euro Pool Group, offre à ses partenaires et à ses clients, industriels de la grande distribution, des solutions logistiques durables, et est à la recherche de 1 Coordinateur-trice prestataire logistique basé-e sur la Région Lyonnaise.

Le rôle

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Opérations France, et en collaboration étroite avec le service Qualité, vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos prestataires (fabricants, centres de service en charge du stockage, du tri et de la réparation) sur votre périmètre géographique.

Votre rôle : garantir la conformité, la fiabilité et l’efficacité des opérations logistiques, tout en construisant des relations de confiance avec nos partenaires industriels et nos clients.

🎯 Vos missions principales

1. Suivi opérationnel et qualité des prestataires

Vous veillez au respect du cahier des charges et des standards qualité :

  • Contrôle de la qualité de fabrication, tri, stockage et réparation des palettes.
  • Analyse des écarts, détection des problèmes et proposition d’actions d’amélioration concrètes (produit et process).
  • Réalisation d’audits fabricants réguliers, notamment selon la norme internationale ISPM 15, et PEFC.
  • Garantie de la conformité des produits délivrés aux clients.
  • Suivi administratif des prestataires et de leurs activités.

2. Support technique et relation clients

Vous intervenez auprès des clients industriels pour assurer un service irréprochable :

  • Visites sur site de production pour garantir la pertinence des solutions mises en place.
  • Rôle de partenaire technique : analyse des problématiques et recommandations d’amélioration.
  • Suivi de la conformité des produits reçus/utilisés par les clients.

Vous

  • de Bac +2/+3 à Bac+5, dans les domaines logistique, supply chain, industrie ou grande distribution.
  • 1 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un environnement terrain, opérationnel ou industriel.
  • Forte autonomie et sens de l'organisation.
  • Excellent relationnel et sens de la communication.
  • Esprit d'analyse, rigueur et sens de l'observation.
  • Capacité à influencer et à convaincre avec diplomatie.
  • Orientation client et culture du service.
  • Goût du terrain, pragmatisme et esprit d'équipe.
  • La maîtrise de l’Anglais serait un plus (lecture & échanges ponctuels).
  • Poste basé en Région Lyonnaise, mobilité sur le 1/4 Sud Est de la France
  • Déplacements pouvant aller jusqu’à 3 ou 4 jours sur la semaine sont à prévoir
