ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE & PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Dentro de nuestro equipo de Administración y Finanzas, buscamos incorporar una persona que dé soporte en la gestión de los procesos relacionados con clientes y proveedores, combinando tareas de facturación, seguimiento de cobros y pagos, conciliación de cuentas y apoyo al área de Controlling.

Qué Harás

  • Contabilización y revisión de facturas de proveedores.
  • Apoyo en el seguimiento de la deuda de clientes, saldos pendientes y vencimientos.
  • Emisión y contabilización de facturas a clientes.
  • Emisión y gestión de abonos y notas de crédito.
  • Atención de llamadas y correos electrónicos de clientes y proveedores, dando soporte en la resolución de consultas e incidencias relacionadas con facturación, pagos y cobros.
  • Apoyo en la revisión y conciliación de cuentas de clientes y proveedores.
  • Seguimiento de incidencias y discrepancias de facturación.
  • Soporte en tareas administrativas y contables relacionadas con los procesos de cierre mensual.
  • Apoyo al área de Controlling en la preparación, recopilación y revisión de información financiera y de gestión.
  • Colaboración en otras tareas y proyectos del departamento financiero, en función de las necesidades del equipo.

Qué Buscamos

Buscamos una persona:

  • Organizada y con atención al detalle
  • Proactiva y resolutiva, con capacidad para hacer seguimiento de tareas
  • Con buenas habilidades comunicativas para la interlocución con clientes, proveedores y otros departamentos
  • Con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo
  • Con orientación a la calidad y al cumplimiento de plazos

Además, se valorará:

  • Formación en Administración y Finanzas, Contabilidad, ADE o titulaciones similares
  • Experiencia previa en departamentos de Administración o Finanzas, especialmente en procesos relacionados con clientes y proveedores
  • Buen manejo de Excel
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión contable o ERP
  • Nivel alto de inglés, hablado y escrito
