A Print, provedor de internet, com mais de 40 anos no mercado, empresa certificada ISO 9001:2015 contrata ATENDENTE DE PROVEDOR DE INTERNET. Somente para residentes em Macaé-RJ

Estamos em busca de um Atendente de Provedor de Internet para integrar nossa equipe. O profissional será responsável por prestar suporte técnico aos clientes, auxiliando na identificação e resolução de problemas relacionados à conexão de internet e equipamentos.

Principais Responsabilidades

Realizar atendimento técnico aos clientes (remoto ou presencial), auxiliando na solução de problemas de conexão à internet.

Auxiliar na instalação, configuração e manutenção de equipamentos de rede, como roteadores e ONU/ONT.

Apoiar na verificação de falhas em cabeamento, equipamentos e sinal de internet.

Registrar atendimentos e ocorrências em sistema interno.

Orientar clientes quanto ao uso correto dos equipamentos e boas práticas de conexão.

Apoiar a equipe técnica em atividades de campo quando necessário.

Auxiliar no monitoramento da rede e na identificação de possíveis falhas ou instabilidades.

Prestar informações sobre planos e serviços, bem como fazer cadastro de clientes.

Enviar cobranças e faturas, dentre outras.

Requisitos

Ensino médio completo (desejável curso técnico em Informática, Redes ou áreas relacionadas).

Conhecimentos básicos em redes de computadores e internet.

Noções de configuração de roteadores e equipamentos de rede.

Conhecimentos básicos em sistemas operacionais e conectividade (Wi-Fi, cabo de rede, IP, etc.).

Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com clientes.

Organização e responsabilidade no registro de atendimentos.

Diferenciais

Experiência prévia em provedores de internet (ISP).

Conhecimento básico em redes FTTH, GPON ou cabeamento estruturado.

Benefícios:

Vale Alimentação: R$770,00

Horário de trabalho: de segunda a sexta, da 8:00 as 17:00 hs, com 1 h de almoço
