Job Summary and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making calls to LRG sellers and buyers in order to introduce Bolt Conveyancing services.
  • Generate conveyancing referrals and convert opportunities into sign ups
  • Increase and optimise the company revenue from Conveyancing opportunities
  • Ensuring accurate records are maintained within the CRM system
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to LRG sellers and potential buyers
  • Support the achievement of personal and team targets
  • Ensure branch teams and regional managers are briefed on matters that arise where further action is needed

What are we looking for:

  • Previous experience within estate agency, conveyancing or a telesales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to hit and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication skills over the telephone
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, confident and customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
