Job Title: Saturday Sales Consultant

Location: Maypole

Salary: £12.71 an hour

Hours: Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours during the week when required!

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for the position of Part Time Sales Consultant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and demonstrate excellent communication skills. They will have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Duties will include:

  • Conducting property viewings, ensuring properties are secure after each appointment and returning keys promptly after each viewing.
  • Registering and qualifying applicants to assess their suitability and financial position prior to arranging viewings.
  • Promoting properties and services effectively to achieve targets.
  • Feeding back to the relevant managers and consultants on applicants’ needs and adding accurate notes to our in-house systems.
  • Providing a professional, friendly and efficient service to all applicants and clients.

Skills Required:

  • Positive engagement and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Own car with appropriate business use insurance (essential).
