Position Title: Agency Partner Manager

Reports to: Director, Creator Agency

About the role

LTK is the industry-leading creator commerce platform, empowering creators to turn their influence into thriving businesses.

As an Agency Partner Manager, you'll own and grow relationships with talent agencies and representatives who manage portfolios of creators. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agency partners, helping them bring new creators onto LTK, increase adoption and engagement across their rosters, and drive stronger creator performance and revenue.

You'll work closely with agency partners to understand their business goals, identify growth opportunities, and connect their creators with the right tools, insights, and internal resources to succeed. This role is focused on growing LTK's creator business through strategic agency partnerships, combining relationship management, commercial thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

How you will make an impact

  • Build and manage trusted relationships with talent agencies, managers, and representatives, serving as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for assigned agency partners.
  • Own a portfolio of agency partnerships, driving creator activation, engagement, retention, and measurable growth in creator performance and revenue.
  • Lead onboarding and activation efforts for agency partners and their represented creators, ensuring successful adoption of LTK tools and resources.
  • Understand agency partners' business models, priorities, and creator rosters to develop tailored strategies that support mutual growth.
  • Analyze agency and creator performance, translating data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve engagement and business results.
  • Provide strategic guidance to agency partners and their creators, helping them optimize content, monetization opportunities, and overall performance on LTK.
  • Lead partner education sessions, presentations, and agency engagements, both virtually and in person, to drive adoption of LTK tools, best practices, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships, activate additional creators, and expand the impact of LTK across agency portfolios.
  • Anticipate partner needs, proactively address challenges, and collaborate with Creator Success and other internal teams to deliver a strong agency and creator experience.
  • Share agency feedback, creator insights, and emerging industry trends with internal stakeholders to inform business priorities and improvements.
  • Monitor portfolio performance against established goals, maintain accurate reporting, and identify risks and opportunities to improve results.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and data insights to identify growth opportunities, streamline workflows, and deliver more personalized, scalable support to agency partners.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and develop more scalable approaches to agency partnership management.

What you will bring to LTK

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, talent management, agency partnerships, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing external partnerships and building trusted relationships with talent managers, agents, creators, or other business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, creator monetization, affiliate marketing, social media strategy, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, including the ability to educate and influence audiences virtually and in person.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and deliver results.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate partner needs, navigate challenges, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with talent agencies, creator managers, or creator representation companies.
  • Experience driving creator activation, partner engagement, portfolio growth, or revenue performance.
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
