Facilities Engineer – Lucid Private Offices (DFW) $50,000/yr (~$24/hr) · Monday–Friday · No nights, weekends, or on-call Irving, TX · Covers 18 DFW sites · Full-time

Are you a Maintenance Tech or Make-Ready Pro who wants steady weekday hours? Lucid Private Offices runs premium private office suites in Class A buildings across multiple states, and we’re growing. Here in DFW, we need a hands-on Facilities Engineer to keep our spaces sharp: painting, drywall, light electrical and plumbing, and the details that make an office feel high-end. No resident emergencies or trashed units. You’ll work in clean, professional workplaces.

What you’ll do

  • Suite make-readies: after a member moves out, get the office ready for the next one with paint (cut and roll), drywall patching, carpet repairs and detail work
  • Repairs and work orders: lighting, outlets, fixtures, sinks, kitchenettes, small leaks, doors and locks, and mounting TVs, signage, art and blinds
  • Breakroom appliances: basic troubleshooting and fixes
  • Preventive maintenance: routine inspections and upkeep across all sites to prevent small issues from turning into bigger problems
  • Manage your own tickets in Freshdesk on a company-provided iPad and plan your day across sites

What you bring

  • Hands-on maintenance experience. Apartment, hotel, commercial or property work all count.
  • Solid paint and drywall skills
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using an iPad, mobile apps and work-order software
  • Comfortable working around business professionals and keeping things clean & organized
  • Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
  • Able to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders and use hand and power tools
