Role Overview:

As a Junior Life Insurance Advisor, you'll engage with clients who are actively seeking life insurance solutions. While prior life insurance experience isn't required, sales experience is essential, ideally within financial services. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure a strong understanding of the products and industry.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct fact-finding calls with prospective clients and provide life insurance advice
  • Take a consultative, customer-first approach while converting inquiries into policies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure accurate documentation
  • Work alongside a dedicated support team, including administrators and an experienced team leader

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 12-18 months in sales, ideally in a financial services or B2C setting
  • Skills: Strong communication, time management, and consultative sales approach
