AI/ML 리서치 엔지니어로서 귀하는 연구실 수준의 로봇 기술을 복잡한 현실 세계에서도 신뢰할 수 있는 수준으로 확장하는 고도화된 시스템을 개발하게 됩니다. 우리는 로보틱스, 물리학, 컴퓨팅이 결합된 Physical AI의 최전선에 서 있습니다. 로봇이 세상을 ‘인식’하는 방식부터 정교하게 ‘조작’하는 방식에 이르기까지, 자신의 전문성을 바탕으로 연구 아이디어를 실제 로봇의 행동으로 구현하는 핵심적인 역할을 수행하게 됩니다

본 역할은 로봇 AI의 한계를 돌파하는 도전적인 과제들을 포함하며, 다음과 같은 핵심 분야에서 임팩트를 창출합니다:

  • 로봇 지능 핵심 리서치: SLAM 및 멀티모달 센서 퓨전을 활용한 공간 지능, VLA/VLM과 제어 프레임워크를 통합한 정교한 조작, 그리고 궤적 최적화 및 역동학 기반의 자율 제어 등 피지컬 AI의 핵심 영역에 대한 최첨단 연구를 주도하고 실제 로봇 시스템에 통합합니다.
  • 학습 및 시뮬레이션: 미충족 시나리오 대응을 위한 새로운 학습 아키텍처 및 훈련 전략 탐색, Sim-to-Real 트랜스퍼를 통한 이론과 실제 성능의 간극 해소
  • 시스템 검증: 인식, 탐색, 조작 서브시스템의 성능을 지속적으로 검증하고 벤치마킹하기 위한 도구 및 지표 개발
  • 배포 및 통합: 연구 아이디어를 실제 로봇 행동으로 전환하며, 하드웨어 및 인프라 팀과 협업하여 엔드-투-엔드 로봇 역량 구현

  • 학위: AI, 컴퓨터 과학, 로보틱스, 기계 공학 또는 관련 분야의 석사+ 학위 보유자 (또는 그에 준하는 실무 경력).
  • 수학적 기초: 선형 대수학, 확률론, 수치 최적화 및 강체 역학(Rigid-body dynamics)에 대한 탄탄한 이해.
  • 프로그래밍: Python 및 C++ 숙련도, 주요 ML 프레임워크 활용 능력.
  • 로보틱스 툴킷: 로봇 플랫폼(예: ROS/ROS2) 및 시뮬레이션 환경(예: MuJoCo, Isaac Sim) 사용 경험.
  • 마인드셋: 정답이 정해지지 않은 모호한 문제를 해결하는 과정 자체를 즐기며, 기술적 한계에 도전하는 스타트업 환경에 최적화된 분.
  • 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

  • 실무 경험: 노이즈가 있는 센서 데이터 처리 알고리즘 설계 및 실제 하드웨어 브링업(Bring-up)/디버깅 경험.
  • 엣지 인텔리전스: 실시간 시스템을 위한 모델 압축 및 온디바이스 추론 최적화 경험.
  • 데이터 활용: 원격 제어(Teleoperation) 시스템 구축 및 대규모 로봇 데이터 수집 경험.
