Hvordan ser en hverdag ud som informationsmedarbejder i Field's?

Informationen er bemandet alle ugens dage fra 09:45-20:15, og dine vagter kan ligge i hele dette tidsrum. Vagternes længde kan variere fra alt mellem 3-10,5 timer, med mulighed for at imødekomme individuelle ønsker.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:

  • At svare på spørgsmål, klager, ansøgninger eller andre former for henvendelser fra kunder, samarbejdspartnere mm. både via telefon, mail, sociale medier og personlig henvendelse.
  • At videresende henvendelser til rette vedkommende.
  • At foretage kundetilfredshedsundersøgelser blandt de handlende i centret.
  • At sælge, oprette og informere om gavekort.
  • At vejlede kunderne i centret samt informere om events.
  • At tage hånd om Informationens pakkeshop.
  • Diverse ad hoc opgaver.

Vi forventer at du:

  • Er smilende, hjælpsom og proaktiv.
  • Har lyst til at indgå i et ungt og dynamisk team.
  • Er tilgængelig i dagstimerne, både i hverdag og weekend.
  • Har lyst til opsøge kunder for at lave tilfredshedsundersøgelser.
  • Er fleksibel og kan træde til, når der er behov for ekstra hjælp.
  • Taler dansk og engelsk.
  • Har erfaring fra servicebranchen.
