ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE

  1. Tratar os clientes com cortesia e educação (dizer bom dia, tarde ou noite, em que posso ajudá-lo) etc.;
  2. Ter empatia pelo cliente (se colocar no lugar dele, atendendo-o da mesma forma que você gostaria de ser atendido);
  3. Quando solicitado, parar o que estiver fazendo e disponibilizar atenção total ao cliente;
  4. Ser ético e profissional no trabalho evitando conversar através de gírias, falando alto ou assuntos que possam constranger o cliente;
  5. Quando solicitado, anotar faltas, sugestões e em caso de dúvidas sobre localização de produtos, acompanhar o cliente até o local.

PROCEDIMENTOS OPERACIONAIS

  1. Verificar balcões sobre suas responsabilidades, e providenciar o abastecimento dos produtos que estão faltando;
  2. Verificar diariamente junto ao depósito entrada de produtos para abastecimento;
  3. Verificar faltas de produtos e informá-las ao líder ou encarregado do setor;
  4. Recolher os produtos sem condições de venda e impróprios para consumo e colocá-los no setor de perdas;
  5. Verificar datas de validade dos produtos antes do abastecimento:
  6. Verificar preços, cartazes de gôndola, se incorreto providenciar as devidas alterações;
  7. Preparar o carrinho de mercadorias para abastecimento de acordo com a ordem de colocação nas vascas, deixando os mais pesados em baixo e os mais leves por cima;
  8. Posicionar os produtos a serem repostos nas vascas de modo que eles não impeçam o acesso do cliente;
  9. Efetuar a limpeza das vascas antes de iniciar o abastecimento dos produtos;
  10. Realizar diariamente uma conferência de etiqueta de preços x produtos identificando falta de produtos ou sobra de etiquetas;
  11. Reabastecer as vascas assegurando-se da qualidade e apresentação dos produtos, certificando que todos estão bem expostos e com os preços corretos;
  12. Efetuar o rodízio correto dos produtos, sendo os mais novos por baixo e mais velhos por cima;
  13. Deixar o setor limpo e organizado, desobstruído de lixos, caixas de papelão, fardos etc.;
  14. Auxiliar os demais setores, quando for necessário;
  15. Montar pontos extras quando solicitado por líderes e encarregado;
  16. Armazenar produtos nas câmaras resfriadas para abastecimento posterior, conforme venda;
  17. Abastecimento de embalagens para clientes;
  18. Selecionar produtos nas vascas antes de abastecimento;
  19. Pesar as perdas de produtos impróprios para consumo e passá-las para CPD baixá-las no sistema;
  20. Observar a qualidade das folhagens, sempre as irrigando para maior conservação;
  21. Efetuar inventários regularmente conforme orientação de seu encarregado;
  22. Cumprir normas básicas de postura, ética, uso de EPIs, material de trabalho como uniformes, crachás e outros da forma correta determinada pela empresa;
  23. Consultar sempre seu superior quando estiver com alguma dúvida em relação ao trabalho ou ao cliente.
