ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE

1. Tratar os clientes com cortesia e educação (dizer bom dia, boa tarde, boa noite/ em que posso ajudá-lo) etc.;

2. Ter empatia pelo cliente (se colocar no lugar dele, atendendo-o da mesma forma que você gostaria de ser atendido);

3. Quando solicitado, parar o que estiver fazendo e disponibilizar atenção total ao cliente;

4. Ser ético e profissional no trabalho evitando conversar através de gírias, falando alto ou assuntos que possam constranger o cliente;

5. Quando solicitado, anotar faltas, sugestões e em caso de dúvidas sobre a localização de produto, acompanhar o cliente até o local;

6. Interagir frequentemente com clientes, fornecedores, colaboradores, mantendo um bom relacionamento comercial.

PROCEDIMENTOS OPERACIONAIS

1. Operar a máquina empilhadeira, a fim de transportar, empilhar e armazenar materiais diversos, observando as normas de segurança da empresa;

2. Prestar atendimento a líderes, repositores e promotores de venda, para descer produtos do aéreo sendo para abastecimento, montagem de terminais, transferência de mercadoria para filiais etc.;

3. Dar prioridade aos pedidos de televendas (separação);

4. Planejar junto ao líder ou encarregado a necessidade de remontagem, sendo, diariamente ou sempre que necessário de acordo com agenda do RM;

5. Remontar o aéreo de forma organizada e segura, de preferência armazenando os produtos nos seus respectivos corredores de origem quando possível;

6. Não deixar paletes vazios nos corredores, para se evitar risco de acidentes;

7. Efetuar manuseio correto dos paletes evitando possíveis quedas do aéreo, remontando-os e paletizando-os de forma segura;

8. Realizar relatório de controle de datas do aéreo quinzenalmente;

9. Posicionar os paletes no corredor de modo que eles não impeçam o acesso do cliente à gôndola;

10. Deixar o corredor limpo e organizado durante as remontagens, sem caixas, plásticos e etc.;

11. Cuidar da limpeza, conservação e manutenção das máquinas e baterias;

12. Usar obrigatoriamente correntes nos corredores indicando a todos da operação e que se trata de área de risco, isentando a empresa por quaisquer acidentes futuros;

13. Usar obrigatoriamente pallet com gaiola para retirada de produtos nos aéreos quando o mesmo for feito por colaboradores e não subir diretamente no garfo da máquina;

14. Andar em velocidade moderada dentro da loja, para evitar acidentes principalmente com crianças e não fazer manobras bruscas;

15. Não autorizar o uso das máquinas por pessoas não habilitadas ou não autorizadas pelos superiores.

16. Usar os EPIs (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual) fornecidos pela empresa;

17. Quando não estiver usando as empilhadeiras, desligar a chave geral, deixando-a em ponto neutro, freio de mão puxado e cabo de energia desconectado;

18. Priorizar sempre a parte de segurança no trabalho onde envolva pessoas, minimizando os riscos de acidentes e trabalhando sempre de forma preventiva;

19. Etiquetar todos os pallets antes de armazená-los no aéreo com suas respectivas data de vencimentos;

20. Auxiliar os demais setores quando for necessário;

21. Cumprir normas básicas de postura, ética, uso de EPIs, materiais de trabalho como uniformes, crachás e outros da forma correta determinada pela empresa;

22. Consultar sempre seu superior quando estiver com alguma dúvida em relação ao trabalho ou ao cliente.
