På Lumell Associates arbetar du med ledande beslutsfattare med de viktigaste samhällsutmaningarna inom hälso- och sjukvård, life science och socialtjänst. Som Senior Associate blir du en central del i våra team och får arbeta med projekt som sträcker sig från att utforma nationella strategier för vården, stötta investerare vid ett förvärv eller förbättra flöden på ett sjukhus. I rollen ansvarar du bland annat för att självständigt leda arbetsströmmar, bidra till företagets affärs- och klientutveckling samt handleda mer juniora kollegor.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har 2–3 års arbetslivserfarenhet som managementkonsult eller från liknande roll. Läkare, oavsett erfarenhetsnivå, är välkomna att ansöka här
  • Har en akademisk utbildning med mycket goda studieresultat.
  • Är analytisk och har ett starkt personligt driv för att leverera resultat.
  • Talar flytande svenska och har en mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i både tal och skrift.
  • Är nyfiken, engagerad och har ett genuint intresse för samhällsfrågor.
  • Är social och trivs med att arbeta i team samt i projektbaserade sammanhang.
  • Blomstrar i en dynamisk och tempofylld arbetsmiljö med varierande utmaningar.
