  • Ensure PFMEA, control plans, inspection methods, traceability, and quality documentation are ready before production release.
  • Review engineering, material, equipment, and process changes to ensure quality risks are properly evaluated and controlled.

Quality Systems & Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with company quality systems, customer requirements, and applicable ISO standards.
  • Support internal, customer, and external audits and drive timely corrective-action closure.
  • Lead improvement projects to reduce defects, variation, scrap, rework, and cost of poor quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to Quality Engineers, technicians, inspectors, and production teams.
  • Promote strong manufacturing discipline, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Applied Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance or quality engineering.

  • Strong technical leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

  • Structured Problem-Solving
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making
  • Audit and Compliance Readiness

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
