Lumiere Children’s Therapy

Looking for flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality or connection? We’re hiring a Hybrid BCBA to join our interdisciplinary team at Lumiere Children’s Therapy.

This role blends in-clinic and remote work and is ideal for a BCBA who values autonomy, balance, and thoughtful, high-impact care.

What you’ll do: • Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans • Supervise ABA staff and provide feedback • Conduct assessments and analyze data • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers • Support parent education and skill generalization
