Būsto kreditų Finansų patarėjų komanda užtikrina aukštos kokybės klientų konsultacijų teikimą bei kuria gerą klientų aptarnavimo patirtį klientams. Ieškome talentingo komandos nario (-ės) Vilniuje, Alytuje arba Šiauliuose, norinčio (-ios) prisijungti prie motyvuotos Finansų patarėjų komandos!

Apie rolę ir atsakomybes:

  • Finansų patarėjai vykdo privačių klientų konsultacijas dėl būsto finansavimo ir kitų susijusių produktų, išsiaiškina klientų poreikius ir pateikia tinkamiausią finansinį sprendimą;
  • Vykdyti bankininkystės produktų pardavimus (paskolų, taupymo, kasdienės bankininkystės paslaugos);
  • Kurti, palaikyti ir plėtoti santykius su naujais ir esamais klientais, kuriant pridėtinę vertę klientui bei užtikrinant puikią klientų patirtį;
  • Siekti tiek individualių, tiek komandos tikslų;
  • Profesionaliai ir laiku atlikti priskirtas užduotis, laikantis vidinių banko tvarkų ir atsakomybių.

Reikalavimai:

  • Būtina 1 metų patirtis, susijusi su finansinių produktų pardavimais;
  • Būtinas aukštasis išsilavinimas (finansų srityje - privalumas);
  • Banko paslaugų ir produktų išmanymas, patirtis dirbant su privačių klientų aptarnavimu;
  • Aktyvūs pardavimo ir derybų įgūdžiai;
  • Puikūs žodinio ir rašytinio bendravimo įgūdžiai lietuvių kalba (gebėjimas bendrauti anglų ir rusų kalbomis - privalumas);
  • Greitas ir savarankiškas problemų sprendimas nestandartinėse situacijose, gebėjimas adaptuotis prie pokyčių.
