Šioje rolėje Jūs:

  • Dirbsite su esamu klientų portfeliu, vykdysite būsto kredito sutarčių pakeitimus ir korekcijas
  • Vykdysite privačių klientų konsultacijas dėl produktų, išsiaiškinsite klientų poreikius ir pateiksite tinkamiausią finansinį sprendimą
  • Vykdysite bankininkystės produktų pardavimus (kasdienės bankininkystės paslaugos)
  • Kursite, palaikysite ir plėtosite santykius su esamais klientais, kursite pridėtinę vertę klientui bei užtikrinsite puikią klientų patirtį
  • Sieksite tiek individualių, tiek komandos tikslų
  • Profesionaliai ir laiku atliksite priskirtas užduotis, laikantis vidinių banko tvarkų ir atsakomybių

Reikalavimai kandidatams:

  • Būtina 1 metų patirtis, susijusi su finansinių produktų pardavimais
  • Būtinas aukštasis išsilavinimas (privalumas finansų srityje)
  • Banko paslaugų ir produktų išmanymas, patirtis dirbant su privačių klientų aptarnavimu
  • Aktyvūs pardavimo ir derybų įgūdžiai
  • Puikūs žodinio ir rašytinio bendravimo įgūdžiai lietuvių, pageidautina - anglų ir rusų kalbomis
  • Greitas ir savarankiškas problemų sprendimas nestandartinėse situacijose, gebėjimas adaptuotis prie pokyčių
