How You Will Make an Impact:
Product Ownership & Development
- Own and develop Accounts products end-to-end, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends
- Drive product enhancements, system updates, issue resolution, and process optimization while ensuring efficient and scalable product operations
- Collaborate with Development, IT, Operations, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to define requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure successful releases
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, incidents, and service levels, implementing improvements and mitigation actions where needed
- Maintain product, process, and data ownership, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory reporting capabilities, and effective information management
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, process simplification, and service improvement
- Manage product-related communication and provide input for internal and external content
Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure products comply with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while contributing to business continuity, contingency planning, audits, and regulatory reviews
Stakeholder, Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead product activities in an Agile environment, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, delivery coordination, and stakeholder alignment
- Build strong partnerships across the organization, ensuring effective collaboration, knowledge sharing, training, and product support
- Take ownership of deliveries and operational processes, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, continuous improvement, and effective documentation management
- Contribute to team success through proactive collaboration, professional development, and continuous process improvements.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Higher education in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and system requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience participating in IT project delivery and product development initiatives as a Product Owner
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences and facilitate workshops
- Good understanding of IT systems, services, and operational processes
- Knowledge of banking products and the Baltic banking market; experience working with banking systems would be an advantage
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, take ownership, and deliver high-quality results
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly acquire knowledge in new business areas
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
