How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for Corporate lending initiatives, including system upgrades, regulatory changes, and process improvements
  • Define, document, and manage business and functional requirements, collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT
  • Create and maintain user stories, specifications, and dashboards to support project delivery and performance tracking
  • Analyze data, identify root causes, and deliver insights to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability
  • Support incident resolution, change management, UAT activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
  • Promote risk awareness, contribute to risk assessments and audits, and support business continuity planning
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process and solution optimization

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 3 years of experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and deliver actionable insights
  • Familiarity with Corporate lending systems, products, and regulatory environments, especially within the Baltic region
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and dashboard/reporting platforms
  • Ability to manage end-to-end project activities including UAT, change management, and incident resolution
  • Understanding of risk management principles and experience supporting audits and compliance processes
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams and present complex information clearly
  • Experience working in agile environments, with a strong grasp of agile principles, ceremonies, and collaboration practices
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
