Tavo darbas – rūpintis klientų poreikiais, spręsti įvairias situacijas, teikti geriausius sprendimus klientams bei siūlyti tinkamiausius produktus ir paslaugas. Nors bendraujant su klientais daug laiko teks dirbti savarankiškai, tačiau visuomet jausi komandos palaikymą – mūsų dinamiška ir draugiška komanda visada pasiruošusi padėti! Tavo atsakomybės:

  • Bendrauti su klientais telefonu – padėti jiems rasti geriausius sprendimus
  • Spręsti įvairias situacijas, rekomenduoti tinkamiausius produktus ir paslaugas
  • Būti klientų gidu (-e) bankininkystės pasaulyje – edukuoti, konsultuoti, įkvėpti pasitikėjimo
  • Dirbti savarankiškai, bet niekada nebūsi vienas (-a) – komanda visada šalia
  • Užtikrinti aukščiausio lygio klientų aptarnavimą bei koordinuoti klientų srautus, užtikrinti sklandų aptarnavimo procesą
  • Konsultuoti klientus kasdienių paslaugų ir bankinių produktų klausimais

Tikimės, kad Tu:

  • Turi patirties klientų aptarnavimo arba pardavimų srityje (privalumas - patirtis finansų sektoriuje)
  • Gebi ne tik įsiklausyti, bet ir išgirsti klientus bei kolegas
  • Aiškiai ir sklandžiai dėstai mintis lietuvių kalba tiek raštu, tiek žodžiu (privalumas - gebėjimas aptarnauti klientus anglų kalba)
  • Esi smalsus (-i), iniciatyvus (-i) bei orientuotas (-a) į rezultatą
  • Turi gerus darbo kompiuteriu įgūdžius ir noriai bei greitai mokaisi naujų dalykų
