Praktikos metu:

  • Sužinosi kaip atrodo banko kasdienybė, kokio pobūdžio paklausimus bankas gauna
  • Susipažinsi su privačių klientų finansavimo eiga
  • Išmoksi atlikti fizinių asmenų finansinių galimybių vertinimą
  • Susipažinsi su finansavimui reikalinga dokumentacija

Atsakomybės:

  • Pagalba Finansų patarėjams kasdienėse užduotyse būsto kreditavimo srityje
  • Atlikti privačių asmenų paraiškų patikrą, patikrinti, ar paraiška užpildyta teisingai, nustatyti trūkumus, parengti tinkamą dokumentų paketą, atlikti privalomus išorinius patikrinimus ir panašias užduotis
  • Padėti Finansų patarėjams atlikti kasdienes užduotis, dalyvauti esamų kredito sutarčių keitimo procese (peržiūrėti ir klasifikuoti gautus prašymus, parengti standartinį atsakymą iš banko pusės)
  • Kasdienės pareigos, susijusios su prašymų dėl kredito keitimo sąlygų tvarkymu
  • Atlikti kitas su pozicija susijusias pareigas, kurias paveda tiesioginis vadovas/padalinio vadovas ar funkcinis vadovas

Tikimės, kad Tu:

  • Esi motyvuotas (-a) bei nori įgauti klientų aptarnavimo ar derybinių įgūdžių patirties
  • Moki ne tik klausyti, bet ir girdėti klientą bei kolegas
  • Esi atidus (-i) detalėms ir turi analitinius įgūdžius
  • Esi atsakinga ir smalsi asmenybė
  • Sugebi dirbti tiek komandoje, tiek savarankiškai
  • Turi vidinės motyvacijos mokytis ir įgyti naujų įgūdžių
  • Puikiai dėstai mintis lietuvių kalba tiek raštu, tiek žodžiu
