  • Prepare and present projects to local authorities, including planning boards, city councils, and staff review committees.
  • Communicate business strategy, priorities, and key results to operations staff.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings to promote open, transparent, and consistent communication.
  • Recruit, hire, mentor, coach, and support the professional development of engineering staff.
  • Promote positive employee relations, support team building, and help resolve employee issues when needed.
  • Formulate and recommend engineering policies and programs that support the organization’s competitive position and long-term growth.
  • Serve as a liaison between division leadership, executive leadership, and operations staff regarding decisions, policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
  • Support other duties and special projects as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
