Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehören

  • Annahme und Kontrolle von Lebensmittel- und Warenlieferungen
  • Prüfung der Lieferungen auf Menge, Qualität, Temperatur und Unversehrtheit
  • Fachgerechte Einlagerung von Lebensmitteln und Verbrauchsmaterialien unter Beachtung der Kühlkette
  • Sicherstellung einer pünktlichen und vollständigen Warenbereitstellung
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation der Lagerbestände
  • Überwachung von Mindesthaltbarkeitsdaten sowie konsequente Anwendung des FIFO-Prinzips
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenbestellung und Meldung von Fehlbeständen
  • Einhaltung unserer Hygiene-, HACCP- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Lager, in Kühlbereichen und an den Arbeitsplätzen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Küche, Produktion, Einkauf und Logistik
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen logistischen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Lager, in der Logistik oder im Lebensmittelbereich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Kenntnisse der HACCP- und Hygienevorschriften von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für Warenannahme, Lagerhaltung und Kommissionierung
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Freude an einer Tätigkeit, bei der du mit anpackst
  • Gutes Organisationsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, auch bei hohem Warenaufkommen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke für die Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Produktion, Einkauf und Logistik
  • Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Waren
  • Bereitschaft zu frühen Arbeitszeiten, passend zu den Abläufen unserer Schul- und Kitaverpflegung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Abstimmung im Team sowie das Lesen von Liefer- und Warenbegleitpapieren
