Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for a passionate, detail-driven Kitchen Manager to lead our BOH team and bring our fresh, made-to-order Mediterranean flavors to life in our newest location. What You'll Do

Lead and manage all kitchen operations and BOH staff Ensure consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Train and develop kitchen team members Enforce food safety and sanitation standards at all times Partner with the GM/AGM to keep FOH and BOH in sync

What We're Looking For

1-2+ years of kitchen management experience, high-volume or fast-casual required Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge (ServSafe a plus) Proven ability to lead and train a kitchen team Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong organizational and inventory management skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
