Til Lundens nattevagtsteam søges en omsorgsmedhjælper - gerne med socialpædagogisk eller sundhedsfaglig erfaring.

Stillingen er på 30 timer ugenligt med mulighed for at komme op på 37 timer ved at tage dag-/aftenvagter i den modsatte uge.

Du arbejder 7-7, og arbejdstiden er planlagt med vagter hver 2. uge. Stillingen er med opstart 1. januar 2027 eller hurtigst muligt.

Vi har borgeren i centrum og arbejder ud fra et borgerperspektiv, der lægger vægt på:

  • Trivsel
  • Beskæftigelse
  • Selvstændighed
  • Nærvær
  • Relationer

Borgerne – som vi kalder gæster, bor alle hos deres familier og kommer i aflastning på Lunden. Det er børn, unge og voksne med betydelig og varigt nedsat funktionsevne, de har behov for hjælp og vejledning i forhold til personlig pleje samt praktiske og personlige forhold, samt støtte til at indgå i sociale relationer. De fleste af gæsterne har behov for hjælp til den personlige pleje og flere er afhængige af hjælpemidler.

Lunden har 16 aflastningspladser fordelt på to afdelinger og tilbyder aflastning til ca. 80 familier. Gæsterne er i alderen 3 - 60 år.

Normeringen om natten er 1:8 samt nætter med særforanstaltninger med 1:1.

Du indgår i et nattevagtsteam, hvor I altid er minimum to på arbejde.

Som nattevagt på Lunden vil du opleve en dynamisk hverdag, hvor gæstegruppen skifter stort set hver dag. Det forventes derfor, at du er omstillingsparat og fleksibel.

Dine primære opgaver om natten er at føre opsyn med gæsterne og hjælpe dem til en god nats søvn samt hjælpe dem op og afsted i hverdagene.

Vi har et tæt samarbejde med dag - og aftenpersonalet samt pårørende, og vi dokumenterer dagligt i Nexus.

Vi arbejder rehabiliterende, anerkendende og struktureret. Den løbende opfølgning foregår i samarbejde med kollegerne på personalemøder i henhold til årshjulet.

Vi søger en kollega, der både personligt og fagligt har lyst til og vil bidrage til ovenstående.

Lunden er beliggende på Lundegårdsvej 1 i Årslev.
