We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in the automotive industry. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, engaging with customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. You will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential buyers, assess their needs, and match them with the right vehicles. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and assist customers in selecting vehicles.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales effectively.
  • Follow up with potential buyers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and manage leads for optimal conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about new car models, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up capabilities.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school Diploma
