Styrelsen och uppdraget

Lundstams har sedan flera år en extern vd och en tydlig ansvarsfördelning mellan ägare, styrelse och ledning. Vd utses av styrelsen och ansvarar tillsammans med ledningsgruppen för den löpande verksamheten. Arbetet utgår från företagets ägardirektiv, som uppdateras årligen.

Styrelsen består idag av tre representanter från ägarfamiljen, en extern styrelseledamot och en extern styrelseordförande. För att komplettera styrelsen söker vi nu en ny extern ledamot som kan bidra med ytterligare erfarenheter och perspektiv.

Styrelsen träffas fysiskt cirka fyra till fem gånger per år. Därutöver genomförs kortare digitala uppföljningar med vd och ledning varje månad.

Vem söker vi?

Lundstams befinner sig i en utvecklingsfas på en marknad där kundbehov, konkurrens och tekniska möjligheter förändras snabbt. Vi söker därför dig som har ett starkt affärsintresse och erfarenhet av att utveckla verksamheter.

Vi ser särskilt att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av affärsutveckling och att skapa nya intäkter, tjänster eller verksamhetsområden.
  • En kommersiell bakgrund och god förståelse för kunder, marknad och konkurrens.
  • Erfarenhet av tillväxt och utveckling av verksamheter.
  • Intresse för och förståelse för hur digitalisering, AI och ny teknik kan bidra till nya affärer och effektivare arbetssätt.
  • Erfarenhet från en ledande eller strategisk roll i näringslivet.

Erfarenhet av styrelsearbete eller genomförd styrelseutbildning är meriterande.

Du har förståelse för styrelsens strategiska roll och kan skilja mellan styrelsens och den operativa ledningens ansvar.

Som person

Du är affärsmässig, nyfiken och bra på att se möjligheter. Du är strategisk och analytisk, men kan också omsätta idéer till konkreta vägval.

Du är kommunikativ och tydlig, bidrar aktivt i styrelserummet och vågar ställa relevanta och utmanande frågor. Samtidigt är du lyhörd, prestigelös och bra på att samarbeta.

Du har hög integritet och delar Lundstams värderingar och ambition att bidra till ett hållbart samhälle.

Som extern styrelseledamot förväntas du vara väl förberedd, engagerad och bidra aktivt till Lundstams långsiktiga utveckling.
