Vad söker vi:

Lundstams Återvinning har vunnit förtroendet att från och med november 2026 utföra fastighetsnära insamling hushållsavfall i Mora, Orsa och Älvdalens kommuner. Vi söker därför positiva, kommunikativa och ordningsamma miljöarbetare/chaufförer med placering i Mora, Orsa eller i Älvdalen. Den huvudsakliga arbetsuppgiften är att köra baklastande fyrfacks komprimatorbil eller tvåfacks baklastande komprimatorbil för fastighetsnära insamling av hushållsavfall. Vi ser det som meriterande om du har arbetat med miljötjänster tidigare. Vi vill att du är serviceinriktad, systematisk och noggrann. Du är bra på att tänka logistik och planering och kan hålla några bollar i luften samtidigt. Om du vill utvecklas i ett ansvarstagande företag som dagligen verkar för ett hållbart samhälle, då kan vi ha jobbet för dig! Vi erbjuder dig först en provanställning och om allt fungerar bra därefter en fast heltidstjänst, 40h/vecka 2-skift.

Arbetsbeskrivning:

Som insamlingschaufför kommer du att ha en viktig roll som företagets ansikte utåt hos våra kunder. Du kommer att ansvara för ett professionellt bemötande, planera dina arbeten självständigt, lösa problem och rapportera avvikelser. Som insamlingschaufför består dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak av att att självständigt arbeta med insamling och tömning av kärl för hushållsavfall i Mora, Orsa och Älvdalens kommuner. Våra fordon är en del av ansiktet utåt samt även en viktig del av arbetsmiljön. Därför ingår även daglig fordonsvård samt avrop av service och reparationer som en del av arbetsuppgifterna.

Vi letar efter dig som är positiv och har en hög social kompetens. Du är prestigelös och har lätt för att samarbeta med dina kollegor på Lundstams och har även lätt för att representera Lundstams gentemot våra kunder i olika sammanhang. Du behöver även ha grundläggande IT-kunskaper. Som person bör du vara lösningsfokuserad, ansvarstagande och självgående. Du bör också ha god fysisk förmåga och tycka om att arbeta utomhus. Branscherfarenhet är meriterande, men inte ett krav. Det är även meriterande om du har CE-kort. Tjänsten kan även innefatta andra arbetsuppgifter så som att köra andra insamlingsuppdrag i Mora, Orsa och Älvdalen.

Arbetsuppgifter:

- Utföra insamlingsuppdrag av hushållsavfall

- Utföra diverse serviceuppdrag.

Kvalifikationer:

- C-körkort och YKB

- Bra på att skapa långsiktiga relationer med kunder.

- Prestigelös med hög social kompetens.

- Vara kundfokuserad med hög servicenivå.

- Självständigt planera- och utföra tilldelade uppdrag.

- Bra på att samarbeta med andra.

- IT färdigheter.

- God analytisk förmåga.

- God fysik, gillar att arbeta utomhus.

- Flytande svenska i tal och skrift.
