Die Lungenliga Aargau ist eine innovative Gesundheitsorganisation und setzt sich seit über 111 Jahren mit seinen über 70 Mitarbeitenden dafür ein, dass Menschen mit Atemwegs\- oder Lungenerkrankungen möglichst beschwerdefrei und selbständig leben können. Atemtherapiegeräte, vielseitige Beratungsleistungen, Massnahmen in der Gesundheitsförderung \& Prävention sowie der Impfdienst sind wichtige Bestandteile der Angebotspalette.

Der Bereich Gesundheitsförderung \& Prävention engagiert sich für die Stärkung der Gesundheitskompetenzen bei Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen und bietet Unterstützung beim \- und Nikotinstopp. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams Gesundheitsförderung \& Prävention suchen wir per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine / einen

Projektleiterin / Projektleiter Tabakprävention 50%

Wo du dich einbringen kannst

  • Projektleitung und \-management des nationalen Projektes «zackstark – nikotinfrei durch die Lehre»
  • Projektmitarbeit, \-evaluation, \-weiterentwicklung und \-dokumentation in verschiedenen Projekten des Bereichs Nikotinprävention
  • Operative Umsetzung von Gesundheitsförderungs\- und Nikotinpräventionsprojekten an Schulen und in Betrieben
  • Projektbezogene Kommunikations\- und Medienarbeit
  • Referate und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Womit du uns begeisterst

  • Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Gesundheitsförderung \& Prävention, im pädagogischen / sozialen / psychologischen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung in der Gesundheitsförderung \& Prävention und/oder Sucht
  • Mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Methodisch\-didaktische Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen
  • Gewandtheit in der Kommunikations\- und Medienarbeit und hohe Auftritts\- sowie Social Media Kompetenz
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Fundierte Office\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Wochenend\- und Abendeinsätzen
  • Einwandfreies Deutsch mündlich und schriftlich
  • Interesse an der Arbeit in einer NPO im Gesundheitswesen
