Du möchtest Patientinnen und Patienten kompetent in der Sauerstoffversorgung begleiten und gleichzeitig unser Qualitätsmanagement mitgestalten? Dann bist du bei uns richtig. Die Lungenliga Bern ist das Kompetenz\- und Beratungszentrum für Lunge und Atmung im Kanton Bern.

Was du bewirkst

  • Du erstellst Offerten, bearbeitest Bestellungen und Aufträge und organisierst Gerätetausche sowie Gerätemieten.
  • Du beantwortest fachspezifische Anfragen am Telefon und leistest kompetenten 1st\-Level\-Support.
  • Du berätst Menschen mit einer Lungenerkrankung, installierst Therapiegeräte und instruierst sie in der Anwendung.
  • Du koordinierst Termine mit Patientinnen und Patienten und sorgst für einen verlässlichen Ablauf.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für Arztpraxen, Spitex und Spitäler und verantwortest zusätzlich das Qualitätsmanagement.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH und du bringst einige Jahre Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement; Fachwissen über Lungenkrankheiten ist von Vorteil.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und gut auf ösisch.
  • Du bist technisch affin und arbeitest routiniert mit der MS\-Office\-Palette.
  • Du überzeugst mit Dienstleistungsorientierung, Kommunikationsgeschick und einer sehr selbständigen Arbeitsweise.
