  • Lunit의 Oncology 그룹은 ‘Conquer Cancer Through AI’라는 미션 아래, AI 기반 바이오마커 SaMD(Software as a Medical Device) 제품인 Lunit SCOPE를 개발합니다. Lunit SCOPE는 제약사/병원/Lab 등에서 새로운 항암제 개발과 암 환자 맞춤형 치료에 활용되며, 한국, 미국, 유럽 등 글로벌 시장을 목표로 합니다.
  • Oncology 그룹의 Software Engineering 팀은 Backend, Frontend, ML/MLOps Engineering을 모두 아우르는 넓은 스펙트럼의 팀입니다. 각 분야의 엔지니어들이 한 팀 안에서 긴밀하게 협업하며, AI 모델이 제품에 탑재되어 사용자에게 전달되기까지의 전 과정을 함께 만들어 갑니다.
  • 팀은 Lunit SCOPE를 구성하는 소프트웨어 전반을 설계, 개발 및 운영합니다. 고객사/파트너사에 따라 Cloud/On-premise, Standalone형/Customization형 (타사 시스템 연동 등) 등 다양한 형태의 제품을 지원하는 것이 팀의 핵심 과제입니다.
  • TPM(Technical Program Manager), Software Quality Assurance(QA) 등 유관 조직과 함께 의료기기 수준의 높은 품질 기준을 만족하는 소프트웨어를 만듭니다.

  • Senior Backend Engineer는 학습된 AI 모델이 제품으로서 동작하는 데 필요한 Lunit SCOPE의 Backend 시스템을 책임지는 포지션입니다.
  • 대용량 병리 이미지 처리와 분산 Inference 시스템을 포함한 Backend 아키텍처의 설계 방향을 주도하고, 이를 직접 구축 및 운영합니다.
  • 팀의 기술적인 오피니언 리더로서 주요 기술 의사결정, 코드 리뷰, 동료 엔지니어의 성장 지원에 핵심적인 역할을 담당합니다.

🚩 주요 업무

  • 대용량 병리 이미지를 다루는 다양한 형태의 서버 애플리케이션 설계 및 개발
  • AI 모델을 활용한 분산 이미지 Inference 시스템 설계 및 개발
  • 모델 Inference 전/후처리 단계의 이미지 프로세싱 로직 개발
  • 다양한 Cloud/On-premise 환경에 대한 서비스 자동 배포 및 운영, 타사 시스템 연동 등 고객사별 요구사항 대응
  • SaMD 품질 기준을 만족하기 위한 설계, 문서화 및 검증 활동
  • 개발 환경 개선 및 업무 프로세스 자동화

Requirements

🎯 자격 요건

  • Backend 개발 실무 경력 8년 이상이신 분 (학위에 따른 경력 인정 가능)
  • 설계부터 구현, 배포, 운영까지 서비스 개발 전 과정을 주도적으로 수행한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 탄탄한 기술 역량을 바탕으로 팀의 기술적 의사결정을 이끌 수 있는 분
  • 가독성과 유지보수성을 고려한 코드를 작성하고, 건설적인 코드 리뷰를 하실 수 있는 분
  • 특정 언어나 도구에 얽매이지 않고 새로운 기술을 빠르게 익혀 적용하실 수 있는 분
  • 능동적인 자세로 유관 조직과 원활하게 소통하고 협업하실 수 있는 분

  • 개발 조직을 리드해 본 경험이 있으신 분
  • Python, Kotlin/Spring Boot 기반의 서비스 개발 경험이 있으신 분
  • 대용량 데이터 처리 또는 메시지 큐 기반의 비동기 분산 처리 시스템을 설계하고 운영해 보신 분
