A Luppa Consultoria está selecionando Artíticie para o Greenpeace Brasil, organização independente que atua na defesa do meio ambiente por meio de mobilização, campanhas, investigação e ativismo pacífico e criativo.

A posição será responsável por apoiar a rotina de Artíticie do escritório de Manaus, contribuindo para a conservação da estrutura física, organização dos recursos, acompanhamento de manutenções e suporte às demandas operacionais do ambiente.

Buscamos um profissional com perfil prático, organizado e responsável, que tenha experiência com manutenção predial

Principais responsabilidades • Realizar rondas prediais para acompanhamento das condições de infraestrutura do escritório; • Fazer reposição de materiais de consumo nas áreas comuns; • Apoiar a elaboração e o acompanhamento dos cronogramas de manutenção preventiva; • Executar pequenos reparos e serviços de manutenção corretiva predial; • Acompanhar serviços realizados por fornecedores e prestadores terceirizados; • Controlar estoque, ferramentas e materiais utilizados pela área de Facilities; • Alimentar sistemas e controles relacionados à manutenção e estoque; • Apoiar solicitações de orçamentos e contato com fornecedores locais; • Realizar serviços externos, coletas e compras de materiais utilizando veículo corporativo; • Organizar documentos, certificações, vistorias e laudos relacionados à manutenção da sede; • Apoiar a Coordenação de Administração & Facilities em demandas operacionais da área.

• Ensino Médio completo • Experiência prática com manutenção predial preventiva e corretiva; • CNH categoria B ativa; • Disponibilidade para trabalhar das 10h às 19h; • Disponibilidade para atividades que envolvam esforço físico moderado, como troca de galões e pequenos reparos.

Será um diferencial

• Noções de elétrica, hidráulica e manutenção civil; • Experiência com contratação e acompanhamento de serviços terceirizados; • Vivência com cotações e fornecedores; • Conhecimento básico de Excel ou Google Sheets; • Experiência anterior em escritórios, ONGs ou ambientes corporativos; • Conhecimento de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços em Manaus.
