Entwickle dich und dein Team zu Themen wie Produkten, Marken- und Kund*innen-Interaktion weiter. Fördere offenen Austausch zwischen Support & Retail Team. Kreiere mehr als ein Einkaufserlebnis, mach einen Besuch bei LUSH zu einem Wohlfühlmoment. Verwirkliche eure Vision für den Shop und stelle sicher, dass ihr eure Ziele erreicht. Verantworte Business Drivers und Umsatzzahlen, sowie das Shop-Budget und die Einstellung neuer Kolleg*innen.

Begeisterung für frische, handgemachte Kosmetik & Lush. Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität. Ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten und Problemlösungs-Ansatz. Kund*innenfokus, Empathie, Priorisierungsgeschick. Erfahrung im Einzelhandel und in der Mitarbeiter*innenführung.
