Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are offering a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).

Casual Clinical Program for Skilled Care Campuses

Rates starting at $30 per hour.

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.

The LPN is responsible for the overall care of the residents within the household and all associated and clinical activities, and assists in the supervision and counseling of Nurse Aides, Caregivers or Caregiver MedTechs. Always functions within the limits of the Pennsylvania State Professional Standards Title 49 Chapter.

Casual Clinical Program Guidelines:

  • Staff are required to work a minimum of 16 hours of weekend shift each month. These hours may be worked in 1 weekend or multiple weekends each month, depending on employee availability and scheduling needs.
  • Staff must work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday each calendar year.
  • To be eligible for this program and therefore the premium rate, staff must have 6 months minimum experience working in a full time or part time capacity in their clinical role.
  • Staff must be fully proficient in their skills and able to work on any unit/neighborhood with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN included requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
