Nursing Supervisor RN - We are offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Nursing Supervisor RN position.

Casual Clinical Program for Skilled Campuses

Casual position, every other weekend 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Nursing Supervisor R.N. directs the nursing care of the campus (Nursing, Personal Care, and Independent Living). Responds to resident emergency response system calls for Independent Living and Personal Care. Nursing Supervisor R.N working evening and night shift provide leadership and supervisory oversight to the entire campus of Passavant Retirement Community.

Casual Clinical Program Guidelines:

  • A minimum of 1 year nursing supervisor and 2 years long term care experience
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a bed-side full time or part time capacity.
  • Staff must be fully proficient in their skills and able to work on any unit/neighborhood.
  • Staff are required to work a minimum of 16 hours of weekend shift each month. These hours may be worked in 1 weekend or multiple weekends each month, depending on employee availability and scheduling needs.
  • Staff must work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday each calendar year.

Qualifications

Nursing Supervisor R.N. requirements include:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current RN license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Current RN license.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
