Vehicle Inventory Coordinator / Lot Manager

📍 Luther Automotive Group 🕒 Full-Time | Tuesday-Saturday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM 💲 $15-$17 per hour + Overtime Available

Luther Automotive Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Coordinator / Lot Manager to oversee vehicle inventory and lot operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced automotive team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and organize an inventory of 1,000+ vehicles.
  • Complete vehicle check-ins and document vehicle condition.
  • Coordinate vehicle parking and lot organization.
  • Maintain vehicle flow between sales, service, and storage areas.
  • Ensure lot safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outside for extended periods.
  • Previous automotive, lot attendant, valet, or inventory experience is a plus.
