Taví na EIP Junker o kapacite 2x6 ton tekutého kovu

Sleduje tepelno-energetický a technologický režim natavovania a riadi ho.

Po roztavení vsádzky, ako aj v priebehu tavenia prevádza odber vzorky, pre laboratórium na kvantometrickú analýzu (chemické zloženie taveniny).

Podľa chemickej analýzy vyslanej z laboratória stanovuje výpočtom, v spolupráci s tavičom - predákom množstvo prídavných materiálov, očkovadiel a modifikátorov.

Ponorným pyrometrom /termočlánkom/ sleduje teplotu taveniny počas tavby, pri odbere vzorky a odpichu tavby, teplotu tekutého kovu v peci.

Pri dokončení tavby a pred samotným odpichom spolupracuje s tavičom - predákom /resp. s odlievačmi. Prevádza odpich - vylievanie tekutého kovu z pece do panvy v odlievacej jame.

Počas tavby zapisuje údaje o priebehu tavby do tavebného listu.

Po odpichu tavby kontroluje stav výmurovky pece, veka, a prevádza medzitavbové opravy pece alebo límca.

Prevádza pechovanie pece určenou masou a spolupracuje s prevádzkovou údržbou pri údržbe pece, ako aj pri odstraňovaní porúch. V prípade neprítomnosti taviča - predáka, riadi činnosť osádky pece a preberá práva a povinnosti taviča - predáka. Plní ďalšie úlohy dané priamym nadriadeným. . Je povinný poznať a zabezpečovať plnenie úloh v súlade so Systémom riadenia kvality (SRK) podľa ISO 9001. Je povinný zabezpečovať plnenie úloh spojených s budovaním a implementáciou Environmentálneho systému (EMS) podľa STN EN ISO 14001.Výhody:Hradené, Príplatky k mzde
