  • Drive inventory accuracy and transactional integrity through effective controls, cycle counting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and annual Physical Inventory execution.
  • Lead and develop Warehouse, Shipping, and Inventory Control supervisors and teams through clear expectations, accountability, coaching, cross-training, and employee development.
  • Ensure effective WIP and Kanban management to maintain material availability and support uninterrupted production.
  • Establish, document, and sustain standard work, processes, controls, and training to ensure operational consistency, knowledge retention, and business continuity.
  • Own operational performance through meaningful KPIs, structured problem-solving, and timely resolution of risks and performance gaps.
  • Lead continuous improvement and infrastructure projects focused on safety, capacity, space utilization, material flow, productivity, and future business growth.
  • Partner closely with Production, Planning, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Facilities, and other functions to resolve operational challenges and execute site priorities.
  • Maintain operational and audit readiness across Warehouse and Inventory Control processes and supporting documentation.
  • Serve as a key operational leader in the site’s SAP implementation and stabilization activities. Drive adoption of SAP processes and ensure sustainable execution within the operation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred. If less than 10 years' work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, materials, inventory control, or related operations.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Broad experience across multiple operational functions, such as warehousing, inventory control, logistics, materials, or manufacturing, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, navigate change, and influence across functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, material flow, cycle counting, physical inventory, and ERP/WMS processes.
  • Experience developing and sustaining standard work, process controls, and operational discipline.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement, capacity, infrastructure, or operational improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SAP/ERP, WMS, or other manufacturing systems preferred.
  • Supply chain or operations certification, such as APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent, preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
