Projektleiter:in Lüftung (alle) ================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest und wickelst Lüftungsprojekte selbstständig ab – von der Akquise über die Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an die Kundschaft.
  • Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst Neu\- und Umbauten und stellst die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards sicher.
  • Du erstellst Offerten, Nachträge und Abrechnungen und verantwortest die Materialbestellungen sowie die Terminplanung.
  • Du koordinierst und pflegst die Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Fachplanern und Unternehmern.
  • Du führst und unterstützt unsere Monteure auf den Baustellen und nimmst an Bausitzungen sowie Baustellenbegehungen teil.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung, abgeschlossene Berufslehre Gebäudetechnikplaner/in Lüftung, Techniker/in TS oder Ingenieur/in FH (Fachrichtung Lüftung).
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lüftungsanlagen.
  • Du bist eine Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken und bist versiert im Projektmanagement.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gehören zu Deinen Stärken.
  • Deine Teamfähigkeit und gute EDV\-Kenntnisse in MS\-Office und CAD runden Dein Profil ab.
